"On Young Jijii's blog it says that this is Goku in his ultimate Legendary Super Saiyan form. It was stated that this form of Goku was designed after the 1st Legendary Super Saiyan as mentioned by Vegeta in the anime. The First Legendary Super Saiyan was in the form of a Golden Oozaru (as Vegeta mentioned) because his power was so immense he could only sustain his SSJ form in that mode. I guess what Young Jijii intended with this form of Goku was to make it a "perfect" hybrid" form of the 1st LSSJ's form."
