7 safe ways to donate to Japan
http://blogs.reuters.com/us/
The simplest way to help when disaster strikes is to open up you wallet — or even to send a text message. After the Haiti earthquake, for example, the American Red Cross received $32 million in text donations.
Here is a list of organizations that are collecting money — and even socks — for relief efforts in Japan. So far, GlobalGiving has raised more than $850,000 for its Japan Earthquake and Tsunami Relief Fund. But with large sums of money sloshing around, scams are certain to follow. “Whether it is hurricanes in the South, the gulf oil spill or the earthquake in Haiti, the scammers lied in wait,” reports Mitch Lipka, WalletPop‘s former consumer reporter who has started contributing to dealnews. He offers seven tips to avoid getting scammed.
Lipka’s advice:

Lipka’s advice:
- Be wary of people or groups making urgent appeals for money whether in person, by phone mail, email, websites or social networking
- If a telemarketer calls, ask the name of the charity if it’s not provided right away and then ask what percentage of your donation will go to the charity.
- Follow-up on that, if you’re still interested, by verifying the charity authorized that solicitation.
- Don’t feel pressured to give out your credit card or bank account numbers; wait until you’ve decided that the charity is legitimate and you’re comfortable.
- Be sure to get a receipt and record that your donation is tax deductible.
- Don’t give cash and don’t write a check in the name of the solicitor rather than the charity.
- For those who want to leverage their contributions to a legitimate organization, look to double your money with matching donations. Dealnews, for one, will match contributions to the American Red Cross up to a total of $25,000.

Toyble's Dragon Ball AF Volume 4 Released
dragonballbenelux.blogspot.com
Yesterday Toyble has released an unfinished version of Dragon Ball AF volume 4 at Comiket in Japan. Because the volume is incomplete, he also included the "final chapter" special as an extra. This "final chapter" was something Toyble originally included in volume 2, back when he had similar deadline problems. Of course you can already read scanlations of this final chapter here. When more scans are available, we will certainly let you know.

Meet Ize
http://dbaf.wikia.com/wiki/Ize
Ize is the main antagonist in Young Jijii's Dragon Ball AF. He is the son of Frieza.
Young Jijii's Dragon Ball AF
His initial appearance is mostly the same as Frieza's final form, but eye and skin color are different, plus his chest and face have red markings. Because he built up a lot of stress during his long thawing period. Ize traveled around the universe looking for powerful foes.
His body has enlarged and his power and speed have vastly increased. Even Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta wasn't able to scratch him.
With a perfect body concealing power over 10 times greater than Frieza's, He's without a doubt become a foe stronger than any seen before. (63)

Toyble's Dragon Ball AF
While Goten and Uub where stopping Pilaf and his gang from robbing a bank 2 Space Pods landed in a wasteland, with the Western Supreme Kai emerging with her son Xicor, The two immediately head to find Earth's Greatest Power and come across Goten, whom they nearly kill and cause a great shockwave around the whole planet. Gohan senses the power and comes to his brother's safety, questioning who Goten's attackers are. Xicor reveals himself as Gohan's brother and son of the Western Supreme Kai, greatly shocking Gohan. Vegeta and Trunks arrive as well to combat the invaders. Xicor then demonstrates his power by destroying half of the Earth. An enraged Vegeta battles Xicor but despite his Super Saiyan 4 transformation he is no match. As Vegeta is pummeled, Gohan's tail suddenly appears and Gohan transforms into Super Saiyan 4 (He may have gotten his tail back somehow and achieves this transformation while training). Super Saiyan 4 Gohan, Vegeta, and Super Saiyan Trunks battle Xicor but despite their combined power and Gohan's attempt to call Goku, they are ultimately no match for Xicor and waste all their power.
As they fought Xicor, in the sealed world Goku and Pikkon are training together, and as they fight, Goku is shown to have achieved the Super Saiyan 5 form. While training with Pikkon Goku manages to receive a small piece of Gohan's call, but due to being in a sealed world, Goku does not arrive. With all their energy exhausted, the heroes stand no chance for Xicor. However, before Xicor can act again, Kibitoshin appears and attempts to seal Xicor with the "Kai-Kai Divine Sealing Wave" into the Z-Sword, but the Western Supreme intervenes and manages to prevent the sealing. Before Xicor can destroy the sword, Gohan picks it up and attempts to attack Xicor with it, but is actually distracting him, buying time for Dende to restore Kibitoshin's strength. Kibitoshin attempts to seal Xicor once again and despite Western Supreme Kai attempting to interfere once again, they succeed.
The Western Supreme Kai (known as "Lila") in a fit of rage attacks Kibito Kai (Kibitoshin) and Dende, than attempts to release Xicor from the Z sword. Just than Vegeta stands before Western Supreme to stop her from releasing Xicor. However the higher classes Kai proves to much for the weak Vegeta and is defeated. But while the Western Supreme Kai is distracted by Vegeta Kibito Kai grabs her from behind with a full nelson. Kibito Kai than teleports the two of them to another planet where Kibito Kai Self-destructs, killing himself and the Western Supreme Kai. After Xicor is sealed in the Z sword Vegeta asks Gohan how Xicor could be Goku's son and Gohan explains to Vegeta that when Gohan was a boy Goku told Gohan about his trip to the Yardrat planet where their Goku met "Princess Lila" (Western Supreme Kai). Lila fed Goku so much food that it caused Goku to get sleepy, Goku than goes to sleep. While Goku sleeps Lila makes a small wound on Goku's neck, Lila collects the blood from Goku's neck and uses it to birth Xicor later on in life.
The Z sword will not hold Xicor forever and the Z Fighters hatch a plan to bring Goku back from the Shenron world, in order to do this the Z Fighters need to place their energy within the seven Dragon Balls (now stone) but with only six Super Saiyans (Pan and Bra have shown themselves to become Super Saiyans) Trunks and Goten ask the Namek Dragon Porunga to wish Broly back to life in a attempt to talk to him about helping to "summon Goku" back to earth from the Shenron world.
